A pink, free flowing powder with a faint lemon odor.
Applications
For the simple, safe and effective control of viruses, bacteria, fungi, yeasts and moulds in
veterinary surgeries, operating theatres, foot and wheel dips, hatcheries, dairies, farms, stables, catteries, kennels and other animal accommodation, for the cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, equipment and utensils.
Dosage and Administration
FINAL STAGE DISINFECTION:
Apply VICTOR at a dilution rate of
1:100 (1%) using a pressure washer (at 300 psi) or other spraying equipment at an application rate of 300ml per square metre.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING BUILDINGS:
As part of specific control programs, use a pressure washer (at 300 psi) or other spraying equipment at a dilution rate of
1:200 (0.5%) at an application rate of 500ml per square metre.
CLEANING EQUIPMENT:
For equipment on farms, hatcheries, food processing plants etc, use a pressure washer (at 300 psi) or other spraying equipment at a dilution rate of between
1:100 (1%) and 1:200 (0.5%) depending on soiling levels at an application rate of 300ml per square metre.
AERIAL DISINFECTION:
In cases where there is a risk of cross infection, particularly during outbreaks of respiratory disease, use either a pressure washer at low pressure, a ULV sprayer or a knapsack sprayer at a dilution rate of
1:200 (0.5%) to fill the atmosphere with a fine mist at an application rate of 1l of solution per 100 cubic meters of air space.
FOGGING IN PLACE OF FORMALIN FUMIGATION:
A thermal fogging machine should be used to apply Victor at a dilution rate of
1:25 (4%) to 25ml per square metre of floor space.
WATER SYSTEM SANITATION:
For final stage cleanout, soak water systems for a minimum of 1 hour in a solution of
1:200 (0.5%) and then flush out with clean water.
For continuous sanitation, apply Victor through a dosing system at a dilution rate of
1:1000 (0.1%)
FOOTDIPS:
Use at a dilution rate of
1:100 and replenish once heavy soiling occurs. Discard after a maximum of 1 weeks use.
Contra-indications, warnings, etc
Viktor is extremely safe, but it is important that the following guidance is followed:
Personal Protection
Respiratory: Dust mask for fine particles (e.g. 3M Type 8710)
Hand: PVC or rubber gloves (e.g. Marigold type G17K)
Eye: Goggles or faceshield to B.S. 2092 Standard.
Skin: Overalls.
Warnings
May cause eye damage.
Irritant to skin.
May cause irritation through dust release.

Storage
Keep containers tightly sealed and avoid coming into contact with moisture during storage.
Keep away from combustible material.
Avoid contamination of product.
Victor 1% solution: Store in clean loosely capped polythene bottles at normal temperatures away from direct sunlight. Do not allow to freeze. Discard solution either once the color is lost, or after 7 days from date of preparation.
